At ELSSABOUTIQUE, we value your satisfaction and understand that occasionally, a product may not align with your expectations. We graciously offer the chance for items to be returned within 14 days of receipt, following our specified return process.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Refund Options:

  1. Transfer to the original bank account used for purchase.
  2. Transfer to a different bank account.
  3. Store voucher.
  4. Exchange for another item.
  5. Transfer to a PayPal account.

Return Process: Contact us at info@elssaboutique.com or via 'chat with us' on our website for detailed return instructions. Items returned must be in their original, unused condition, and as a complete set. Incomplete or damaged returns will not be accepted. Please note, customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and, if approved, process the refund within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies, allowing us to address your concerns promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, lingerie sets), and underwear sets, due to hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards. For any questions regarding the returnability of specific items, please reach out to us.

Exchanges: For efficient exchanges, please return the original item, and upon acceptance, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days, no questions asked, provided the items are in their original condition, with tags, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund 15 business days post-approval, please contact us at info@elssaboutique.com.
